Family Reunion

We went up to Curt's parents house for a family reunion. On Friday night curt went on camping with his dad brother and nephew for fathers and sons. So the girls had a girls night out. We had smores and watched one of Jane Austins movies called Persuasion.

On Saturday I played at the park with the kids while curt was helping his dad put in a new door for fathers day.

That night we all played Crockett. Curt and I set up the course that was kind of like a mine golf course. We had it going all over the back yard and around obstacles. The end stick was up a ramp so you had to hit you ball though the two hoops, up the ramp and hit the stick. It was a funny game with the kids. Hanna stole curt club and was hitting the ball the through the hoops. It was fun to get away for a few days and spend time with family.

Trying New Recipes

Sometimes for date nights we try new recipies and they don't always work out perfectly. It is fun trying to cook in a small kitchen because their is not much counter space. We were trying to make a chicken pot pie and their was not enough room on the counter to roll out the dough so we had to bring it out on to the table. We had flour every where and then the dough did not even fit into the dish very well. Some of the cruts was really thick and other part were really thin. Yet it tasted really good so i guess that is all that matters.
Sometimes I am amazed at how brilliant i am. Today i was cooking dinner and i was making porcupines, which are meat balls with rice. I was not thinking and i browned the hamburger first so we could not make them into balls. So we fried it up and ended up making sloppypines instead of porcupines. I guess i need to read recipes more carefully.

Trip to Rexburge

To take a break from school we took a trip to Logan to see our niece Eme's be blessed and spend some time with Lisa Ryan Becca Mathew and Hanna. It was so nice to get away from logan and see the family.

Isn't she such a cute little girl and she is a good baby too. Her mom made her blessing dress it was so pretty.

I thought this picture was just precious i just had to post it so every one could see how cute my nieces are. The picture below is a picture of Curt's family.

We took the kids on a walk to the park and had some fun playing on the play ground. It felt good to be out in the sun instead of snow or rain. I think i may have actually got some color.

Ashleys Wedding

Curt and I went to my cousin Ashley's wedding reception. It was great to see her so happy. It was also great to see my family and catch up with my cousins. I think this picture is so cute. It was fun to be together.

This will be a great picture for family history. It is a great picture of my grandma and all of her granddaughters.

Update

We are just finishing up the semester. It will be way nice to be done and have a break from school. Are life right now is studing and preparing for finales. We are planning on going to my cousins wedding reception next weekend and then we will be heading up to rexburge to see our niece Eme Snelgrove be blessed. It will be niece to see Ryan, Lisa and the Kids . I am looking for a job for the summer if anyone knows of any in Logan. Curt is going to be taking a summer class because he did not do so well in Physiology last semester. Curt and I have both switched our field of study. I was going into Elementary Education, but i switched to Special Education. I will be in school for 2 or more years. Curt is still majoring in exercise science but he wants to get a Masters in Corporate wellness instead of physical therapy. And he will be in School for 2 or so years. It will be a while until we are done with school but it will all be worth it when we are done.
I also wanted to show some pictures from valientines and Easter. For valientines Curt made me dinner and and we had chocholate fondue. Chocholate covered strawberries are so good For easter we had My Cousing Ashley and her fiance Mark over for dinner. After they left curt and i died easter eggs. We also got presents. Curt got some new hunting boots and i got a church coat since it get really cold her in logan. Sorry there is so much all at once but school has been crazy.

My 21st Birthday

I am 21, now a legeal adult. I don't feel any older though. Curt made me the cake and decorated it himself. I thought it looked really cute. We also made homemade pizza together and had my family up for dinner. The pizza truned out really good and it was fun to have my whlole family at my house.

Merry Christmas

We had our own little Christmas before we left for my parents house in clearfield. We opened a couple of presents from each other and our stockings. We made sure we took pictures because the ones from our first Christmas got ruined. We had a wonderful little Christmas together.

I got curt some stuff for school, a game, a book and other things.


Curt got me some scrap book stuff and a song that he said that he would learn how to play and sing for me. He is such a great husband.

Gingerbread Houses

We get together with some friends almost every monday for Family Home evening. These frinds are our regular FHE group. This week we decied to make gingerbread house for christmas.

Decorating for Christmas

We put up our Christmas tree up. For the few of you have seen our apartment you know that it is pretty small. We did not want to move every thing around so we put it on the end table, it works but it almost touches the celling, Curt even had to stand on a chair to get the ornaments on the top. I like it, but i really enjoy decorating for Christmas and the whole Christmas season.

Happy Thanksgiving

We went up to Rexburge to Spend thanksgiving with Curt's brother his wife and their kids. We had a fun time but we were worn out by the end of the vacation.
The girl on my right is Becca the boy in the middle is Matthew and the little girl on Curt's lap is Hanna. Below are picture of Becca and Hanna doing my hair. Don't I look so pretty!

The kids really loved curt and enjoyed climbing all over him. I thought that these pictures were really cute.
Curt really enjoyed playing Lego's with Matthew( I think he may have had more fun than Matthew). Together the built a castle that Matthew played with the whole time we were there.

The kids really enjoyed play around and dancing to music. I think Hanna is really enjoying the ride.
