Our Own Little Christmas

We wanted to have some of our own Christmas before we went to our parents so the Sunday before Christmas the 21st of December we opened up the Christmas tree ornaments from each other so that we could hang them on the tree. Mine was a small heart picture frame that says Christmas is Love, 2008

Curts was a was a White ball with red and green designs on it.

On Christmas Eve morning we opened our stockings and a few other presents before we left to go spend Christmas at curts parents house.

We enjoyed our Christmas together and hope that everyone had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year.

Christmas Trains

Curt and I went over to our friends Talon and Nicole’s house to make candy Christmas Trains. Curt and I won the prize for best train, after we played rock, paper, scissors for it. I think that we will have enough candy to last us the rest of the month.

Megans Wedding

Megan curt's younger sister married Brandon on December 13th in the Salt lake Temple.

It was a cold snowy dad but we were glad to be a part of her special day.

Thanksgiving Trip

During Thanksgiving break we went down to Vegas with my brother and sister inlaw to visit my grandma and grandpa. On the way home we stopped at Zions National Park. Here are some pictures of us on a hike.

Happy Halloween

Our friends the Andersons threw an awsome Halloween party. We had a costume contest, our Ninja Trutle friends won that contest. There costume was cool they had numchucks and everything. We also had a donught eating contest were we had to go up against our spouse to see who could eat the doughnut first, it was haliorous to to see couple fighting over the doughnut. We also went bobing for apples. I have not done this at a party since elementary school. We also played Battle of the sexes. It was a fun party and we had a great time making new friend ships and strengthening old ones
We dressed up as a hunter and a deer but as you can tell we through a twist on it and the deer killed the hunter. These are the Laytons and they are the turtles that on the costume contest. The Lofley's had an awsome costume at the ward party but he could not handle being a girl very long. She was dressed like an old man and he was dressed up like an old women

The Sargents were dressed up as X-men characters

Here are our good friends the Andersons dressed up as Robin Hood and Maid Marian, oh what a cute cuple.


The Mores are a smore I thought that was very creative.

Boucher were Static cling and a Junk drawer another creative costume

The snows had a very funny and a kind of naughty costume. She was a pregnant Nun and He was father Snow who was the father. Here are the snows again after their doughnut eating contest. She ate the doughnut off the floor LOL. Below are some other people fighting over their doughnut.

My Brother Allens Wedding

My Brother got Married on October 29th at the Salt Lake Temple to Kathy. It was a beautiful day and ceremony. I was glad that curt and I were able to be a part of their special day.
