Cute things she says.

We have been working on teaching Aleana to say "Please" and "Thank You".  Know she kind of thinks that if she says pleases she gets what she want.  If we tell her know she will sometimes say "I say please".  One of the funnest was one day I was getting her in the car and she wanted to sit next to her car seat where one of her cousins sat when they rode with us to the park.  I told her she was not big enough.  She remember going to the Dr. and they measured her and told her she was so big and for the next few days she told everyone she was so big little mommy and daddy. So she said "I go to the Dr. and say please I big".  I told her the Dr. would tell her she was to little.  She said "I say please, I big".  It is fun to see her putting ideas together.

I can tell Aleana has noticed some of the stress in our home with building our house and having to be out to the work site by a certain time.  The other day she was running around the house pointing to her wrist saying.  "Hurry my bracelet say 4:00 we have to go to the work site",  "it is 4:00 we need to go to the work site".  I think she will be so happy when we are all done and settled in, as long she adjusts to the new house and neighborhood well.

On Monday night we were getting ready to have a Family Home Evening Lesson and we were heading in to the living room.  Aleana was pulling her little dog through the kitchen and turned and said to it "Mon dog, wana come to family night".  She has the routine of family night now if we could get her to listen but like Elder Bednar said they wont remember the lessons but they will remember the consistency of having FHE, scripture study and family dinners. Being together and following the prophets council is the biggest thing and they learn more then we know.

Today at our My Kid and Me Gymnastics Aleana kept telling me to go sit on the white line while she was out warming up and stretching with her class and she mostly wanted the teacher to help her with the stations if she wanted help at all. She is my little independent and bossy child and I think and hope she will do good in different preschool classes and teams.

Aleana also created a new bug that I would never want to encounter.  When she see's a fly flying around our house she says "look it is a Dragon Bee".

I read a book about a toy dog and airplane that fly around Paris.  They got stuck in a storm cloud and they called it a cloud monster.  Now anytime she see's Dark clouds she will say "hurry the cloud monster is coming".  For a while it made her  it made her more scared but now she thinks it is fun.

Aleana likes little things like girls do.  She will see something small and say.  "Oh that is so tiny, it's
so cute"

We also had a major snow storm and we were able to make our first real snowman. As you can tell Aleana loved it.  She had to make sure it had arms and helped me put on the hat and glasses.  Although the sun was out and by that evening our snow man was pretty much melted.
